I've actually not been following Wendler...Lory-<br />I've actually not been following Wendler's 5-3-1 as wrote. I'm going keep with a linear progression (adding weight on a consistent basis) until it seems I've maxed out my "beginner gains" and then turn to 5-3-1. <br /><br />I've heard nothing but good stuff about Wendler's program. A lot of people (like my hero Chris Spealler) have had success working 5-3-1 in with CrossFit met-con programming. I'm just going to get more out of a linear progression right now.<br /><br />Annie-<br />You're welcome!
