20 squats, 5 barbell snatch, 1 suicide run

14:51 @ 95lbs barbell snatch. Ouch. Slow today... body is still wrecked from the Spartan Challenge on Saturday... my hip flexors and lower back are killing me! Gotta spend some time with my trigger point set today.
