15 KB goblet box squat
10 Db snatch, left arm
lateral weighted lunges
5 strict chest-to-bar pull-ups

box squats
10x2 @ 55-60% of 1RM
B
3 rounds:
10 barbell virtual shoveling
20 bent over rows (10L,10R)
20 med-ball sit-ups
partner wheel-barrow walks
