weighted strict pull-ups
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
12 russian kettlebell swings @ 2 pood KB
my pull-up weights:
25-35-45 (got a minor muscle strain in my upper back on Monday so I did fewer sets, felt good though)
I completed 12 rounds + 12 swings and 5 push-ups rx'd. Fun!
