20 lunges (10 L/R)
10 KB swings @ 1.5 pood
10 KB sumo-deadlift high-pull @ 1.5 pood
WOD
5 rounds for time:
power clean @ 115lbs barbell
sled drag fwd/back @ 160lbs
My time was 7:08. Fun one!
