used 40 lbs DBs for all three sets, felt solid
used 50lbs DBs for all three sets, good stuff! (bout time for some heavier DBs at the gym)
3 rounds for time:
21 DB swing @ 50lbs
10 renegade rows (1 pushup & left/right row = 1 rep) @ 30lbs DBs
Lots of shoulders today... good rest for my legs!
