Mark and I showed up at SICFIT Austin this morning thinking programs were back on. Oops. Coach Nate didn't mind us getting a workout in so we ahead sans Jeremy!

felt solid at 155lbs (my bodyweight) and my lower back is prob 95% recovered, easy day!

Arnold Schwarzenegger and the back squat. What's not bueno in this photo? His knees are bowing in, which can happen at heavy weights, but it's far from ideal...
