push-jerk @ 115lbs barbell
push-up
My time was 12:39 scaled to 95lbs. Legs felt good once warmed up... should've gone rx'd. Still a tough workout, but I think that not going rx'd was a bit of a mental cupcake.
On the upside, I'll be training tomorrow! Happy Friday y'all!
