rest Saturday, lifting on Sunday

I took Saturday as a rest day.

Still annoyed by my poor performance on Elizabeth, I went down to Play It Again Sports and bought some used olympic plates on Sunday afternoon.


It's linear progression time! Since 115lbs was a weight that I sucked at on Friday, I decided that was good place to start.

I rested approx 3-4 minutes in between every set.
