3 handstand push-ups
9 pull-ups
12 "pistol" one-leg squats
3 shuttle runs
I completed 5 rounds + the HSPUs, pull-ups, pistols, and one shuttle run as rx'd. Well, I ended up kipping most of the HSPUs. Good one today!
The Agoge (ah-go-gi), literally translated as "upbringing" was the training program all Spartan men underwent to become warriors.
