25 pullups
50 deadlifts @ 135lbs
50 pushups
50 box jumps
50 floor wipes @ 135lbs
50 kettlebell clean & press @ 1 pood (approx. 36lbs)

My time was 18:57 rx'd!! The pain really kicked in during the floor wipes but I managed to fight through and finish under the 20 minute time limit. This was the first time I completed the 300 under the time limit! That's what we call a PR baby!
OH YEEEAAAAH!
