"5 rounds for time"
15 back squats @ 155lbs
400 meter run
I completed 4 rounds in 20:29 scaled to 135 lbs. The cutoff time was 20 minutes. Not pleased with my performance today. I didn't cupcake - it was more of a fight to keep going, rather than a fight to perform well. Rough day... not that they're ever easy.
I don't think I've ever looked forward to a rest day as much as I am right now.
