WOD: @ CrossFit Central
"4 rounds for time"
800 meter run
15 ring dips
10 burpees

My time was 20:37 as rx'd. This one was fun... tough, but fun! Now I'm off to the kitchen to make an omelet Robb Wolf posted on his page... looks tasty!
