WOD: @ CrossFit Central
"Sufer on Saturday"
two person team, AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
7 barbell front squats @ 95lbs
7 pullups
7 burpees

Eric and I teamed up and completed 15 rounds rx'd. Fun! Haven't done an AMRAP in awhile.
