WOD: with Austin Unscared

25 squats
10 vertical jumps
15 pushups
6:22 rx'd. Too slow. Followed up with 100 knees-to-elbows.
Felt blah today, but I was there and did the work. Those are the days that make a difference I'm told. I still don't feel recovered from the Spartan workout Saturday... that's three days ago! I'm eating well, but I need more sleep.
