26:01 rx'd. Ahhh pain, my old frienemy. Felt strong until the round with 6 thrusters. Had to finish up doing 1 and 2 thrusters at a time... situps were cake though. Great workout! Just the stuff I need to work on: lifting heavy(er).

Thrusters = my arch nemesis. That workout looks like a killer.

ReplyDeleteMan, I just did this one on my own since I missed class. I've been done for about 30 minutes and I am still dripping sweat!
