WOD: Rest Day. As prescribed by my doc.
This is very frustrating. I've got a fun little muscle strain in my neck/upper back. Yesterday at the doc's I was hooked up to an e-stem (which was kinda cool, never done that before) and got a small chiropractic adjustment. Today I'm either marginally better and really sore, or marginally sore and still all jacked up. I can turn my head to left a little now though... so that's something.
I'd like to be back training by Friday - at the moment I'm not optimistic - we'll see.
