10 dumbell thrusters @ 45lbs DBs
10 burpees
7:29 rx'd. Bad day. Last round sucked... in an epic kind of way. A little worried I may have strained a muscle in my upper back/shoulders. Neck and left shoulder really tight. Painful to turn my head to the left... going to get checked out shortly.
On a subject that Dutch posted about recently, I still wake up early each morning looking forward to training! I consider this stuff fun! Most of the time anyway... but I'm one of the crazy ones!
