team of two, 3 rounds for time:
10 deadlifts @ 225lbs barbell
40 tire jumps
200 meter buddy carry
Brian and I finished in 7:20 rx'd, splitting the work in half. Fun stuff!

Decided to play it safe with my back and gradually stepped up the weight. After the 5th repetition I wanted to keep going up! Feeling great!
