This morning at SICFIT Austin - after warming up and some handstand walks - we did strength work...
STRENGTH
4 rounds, go unbroken:
10 deadlifts @ 60% max
12 dumbbell lunges
10 GHD situps
I did deadlifts at 185lbs, lunges at 40lbs DBs, all unbroken!
I haven't done a max day in several months, so my deadlift weight was a guesstimate. Turns out I could have gone heavier, feeling great!
