I'm back after slacking off the blog for a few days. Got in some great training during the hiatus though. Woke up to full-body soreness this morning. So, after a solid warm-up that included handstand walks across the gym floor (getting better at these, can make it a few "steps" at a time now) we got after some strength training.

In two years of crossfit I've never done more than 105lbs overhead squats. They were always part of a WOD, and I never really focused on 'em. I actually wanted to keep going heavier.... ran outta sets though. So watch out - body weight overhead squats (155lbs) aren't far off!
