baseline begins

Today is the start of baseline "testing." We are testing to see where we stand with the major lifts, metcon benchmarks, and gymnastics movements. Once these are recorded we are going to tweak programming to work on weak spots.

We started with one of my weak spots, the back squat...

Pretty happy with today. I went into these lifts knowing my strength has improved, but only guessing where I was at. Now I know precisely! I see more strength work in my future...
