10 dumbbell press @ 40lbs DBs
Did round 1 rx'd, then rounds 2-4 @ 30lbs DBs
Then, with instructions from Jeremy to work at maintaining consistent pullup reps throughout, we did 5 rounds of CrossFit's "Nicole" workout. I shot for 20 each round...

my pullups numbers were: 20-20-12-13-14 = 79 pullups
