The Wolfpack WOD @ Barton Springs:

100 meter swim
3 rounds:
20 American kettlebell swings
20 front squats
20 pushups (one hand on kettlebell)
20 kettlebell clean and press
20 mountain climbers
100 meter swim


33:23 @ 45# dumbbell (clean&jerk from ground)
