swim sandwich!

Met up with the Wolfpack (details soon) at Barton Springs pool this morning for a swim workout!

WOD
200 meter swim
hill run up
2 rounds:
25 kettlebell swings
25 KB front squat
25 KB snatch right, 25 KB snatch left
25 KB push-ups (one hand on bell)

hill run down
200 meter swim

24:17 at 16kg KB
I really enjoyed the swimming, had a blast this morning. Feeling great!
