baseline... part duex

We finished up the CF Total this morning - keeping my weaknesses in the spotlight!

Sorta disappointed with my press numbers, but happy with the deadlift (only 5 pounds shy of double-bodyweight). Still though, I'm seeing improvement. So as long as I'm moving in that direction, I'll take it.

CrossFit Total = 625

  1. Nice work on the baseline this week. You're right at the deadlift you wanted.

    The best part is: think what you can do now that you know what to use as percentages for workouts. More big progress to come, I'm betting.
