Sorta disappointed with my press numbers, but happy with the deadlift (only 5 pounds shy of double-bodyweight). Still though, I'm seeing improvement. So as long as I'm moving in that direction, I'll take it.

Nice work on the baseline this week. You're right at the deadlift you wanted.
