10 KB Romanian deadlifts
10 air squats
10 push-ups
100 double-unders
EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH
box squat
12x3 @ 50% of 1RM back squat
every rep: 4-count down, speed up
STRENGTH
5 forward sled drags (approx 20m), go heavy!
