400 meter run
20 pullups (unbroken, don't drop off the bar)
14:03 was my time. Tough one! First round of pullups was rx'd/unbroken and chest to bar, second through fourth rounds I fell off the bar... dammit... on the upside, all my pullups were chest to bar. So I didn't totally suck haha! Great start to the day... and looking forward to finishing the total with deadlifts tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteI was *supposed* to do this one today. But I took an unofficial rest day instead (!). Bad Mel.
Tsk tsk, wag 'o the finger... Seriously though, resting is just as key to training as the workouts are.
