50 ring dips
3:15 rx'd. Took too long, didn't push through mentally today... still, glad to be training. My toe is getting better, not limping too much anymore, but wearing shoes still hurts. Improvement is good.
Going back to class at CrossFit Central tomorrow morning. There's only one week left of a Spartan Challenge that was (for me) littered with injuries and setbacks... and next Saturday is the benchmark workout! Gotta buckle down and do what I can to be totally capable when Saturday rolls around.
