14:24 rx'd. This has to be one of my favorites. Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment? It could also be that with my shoulders and neck still jacked up, I'm thrilled to still be able to train. Paid another visit to my chiro today. After another round on the e-stem and more active-release stretching, I'm not back to 100% yet, but I'm closing in.
