7:24 rx'd. I'm baa-aack! Felt pretty good today, shoulders and back still a little stiff, but nothing that some more trigger point can't fix. After the WOD, Lance had 3 rounds of 12 GHD situps waiting for us, followed by three 400 meter sprints at a 90 second interval. My "sprint" times were 1:29, 1:20, and 1:27. On the first and last sprints my legs felt like jello...
