squat-clean & jerk
Good stuff this morning! Even though I feel solid with most of my olympic techniques, there are always little things to improve on. Ran outta time in class, didn't get all five sets in, so my numbers were:
I felt solid at 135lbs, and am pretty sure I'd have been good for 145lbs, maybe 150lbs... still though, Monday is done!
