WOD: Rest day. My whole body is wrecked from Angie coming on the heels of Fight Gone Bad. Staring down a month of Girls and Hero WODs has me thinking I will be taking a few more rest days than usual... hopefully this will help keep my performance up (along with eating zone/paleo-ish and getting enough sleep of course). At least that's my plan for now!
