20 dumbbell power snatch @ 50lbs DB
20 box-squat tire-jumps
400 meter run
15:18 @ 45lbs DB
Butt kicking WOD today. The DB snatch felt solid. The box-squat to tire-jump followed by a 400 meter run smoked my legs! Great start to the week!
