I just got back in Austin today from San Diego and the CrossFit Level 1 Certification! It was a blast to say the least. More to come, but I just have to brag about the all-star instructor staff that took their 4th of July weekend to come school us newbies.... Jolie Gentry, Adrian Bozman, Andrew Thompson, Pat Barber, Rory McKernan, and Stephane Rochet of USD Strength and Conditioning. Simply an awesome group of instructors!
