10 sprawl to KB sumo deadlift highpull
100 meter run
7 rounds at rx'd KB, left shoulder kinda gimpy so I subbed 10 KB snatch right arm and 1o left-arm russian KB swings for the 20 KB snatch. My legs aren't totally recovered from Tuesday's 400m walking lunges... otherwise feeling all right. Fun one!
