WOD: @ CrosssFit Central
hang power clean
1-1-1-1-1-1-1

The idea is to work up to a one-rep max. My numbers today were: 135, 145, 155, and then on 165 my left trap seized up. It feels the same, and in the same exact spot as as almost two months ago. So... off to the doc I go.
