(one rep of a man-maker: stand while holding DBs, drop into a plank position, do a pushup, row with your left then right arm, jump your feet up, then do a full squat-clean to thruster)
DNF. Again. I completed two rounds + 8 man-makers rx'd at the 20 minute cutoff. So close to finishing... I had nothing left by the cutoff, and almost puked.... so I guess I'm OK with another DNF. Good one this morning!
