The CrossFit Journal released a third video to the earlier two-part series of Dr. Sears discussion of inflammation and diet as it pertains to our overall health and well-being (and consequently our athletic performance). I'm harping on this because it's free to download and one of the most concise explanations I've seen of how diet determines your health (not just longevity, but your quality of life). Take the time to watch these, it's worth it.
