WOD: @ CrossFit Central
"3 rounds for time"
50 squats
400 meter run
20 dumbbell push-press @ 45lbs DBs

My time was 16:33 rx'd. My back was killing me the entire workout. Wow that sounded like an old man... Anyway, fun one today! Thanks to all you fast-movers in the 6:15 class who yelled me on to finish this morning.
